ABOUT US

The Boles Athletic Booster Club was formed to support the Boles ISD Middle and High School Athletics programs. It is made up of dedicated parent and teacher volunteers who are committed to offer their time and energy to promote the Hornets school and athletic sprit. The Club provides financial support to enhance the Boles ISD Athletics programs directly benefiting through earnings from concession and spirit wear sales, as well as fundraising events. We encourage ALL parents of Boles ISD students and student-athletes to join us. We can't do it without you!!

 

Besides supporting the Boles ISD Athletic program, our goal is for parents and grandparents to be there in support of their student athletes. This means that we are not expecting any members to miss their son's, daughter’s, grandson's, or granddaughter’s games to support the needs of the Booster Club. This is why it is so very important that we increase our membership with dedicated new volunteers that can help out, so another parent or grandparent can watch the game. Over the past few years, the Boles Athletic Booster Club as provided financial support for:

 

  1. New Hornets Football Tunnel

  2. New PA system for the Football Field.

  3. New Basketball Shooter (joined with CYSA).

  4. New Volleyball/Basketball team chairs.

  5. New Football Shooter.

  6. Two college scholarships annually.

 

This list is by no means conclusive and the on-going needs never end. We need the support of the parents and the community in order to ensure our continued success!

Examples of volunteer work, include concession sales, planning of team meals, football program creation, spirit wear sales, website updates, social media and twitter updates, sponsor engagement, special events participation, and more.

 

In addition there are board positions that become available, such as treasurer, secretary, marketing, and concessions. As you can see there are plenty of opportunities for support. Our team would love to have you and your new ideas that will help us grow.
